What Hotel Rate Finder does

Hotel Rate Finder is a browser extension that checks corporate hotel rates on the booking websites of hotel chains and shows the results in your browser. It does not book anything on your behalf and is not affiliated with any hotel chain.

Your responsibility

Corporate rates are tied to eligibility set by the hotel and the company behind the rate. Only use rates and logins you are authorized to use. Hotels may ask for proof of eligibility at check-in; the decision to book with a rate is yours alone.

Accounts and plans

• Without an account the extension runs a limited number of scans per day and hides the codes behind the rates.
• A free account (your e-mail only) includes 5 scans in total with every rate and code visible.
• Pro is a subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time search pack, sold by our merchant of record, who handles payment and taxes. Subscriptions start with a free trial and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time via "Manage subscription" in the extension; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

No guarantee of availability

Hotel websites change and may limit automated requests. We maintain the extension on a best-effort basis; results depend on what the chain's website returns at the time of your scan.

Fair use

Do not use the service to scrape, resell or redistribute the code lists or results, or to run automated bulk queries beyond normal personal use. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
